The team is now accepting application forms for our forthcoming induction on 2nd October. There may be another "mop up" session if required after this date.

The team meets three evenings plus one full Sunday a month to train in all sorts of search and rescue skills. Training sessions are organised east and west, with most sessions being designed to be close to home, and the rest as a whole team. Members get reimbursed fuel expenses for incidents once on the call out list. Although full training will be given, new recruits should be physically fit, and competent in navigation and basic first aid.
