Click on our "News" page and read our leaflet for details on this years St Michael's Way Walk, organised by Mounts Bay Rotary Club. This year, Cornwall Search and Rescue Team are the main beneficiaries and we hope to raise as much money as possible to keep the team running, and provide vital funds to Mounts Bay Rotary so they can continue to support local and international good causes.
We need you all to dig out those walking boots for two fantastics causes, and get sponsored walking on one of Cornwall's most spectacular and historical routes .

Cornwall Search and Rescue Team is proud to have been shortlisted to the final three community groups for the Saints Award. Saint Awards Presentation Night" style="margin-bottom: 15px; margin-right: 15px;" /> The Saints Awards recognises people and groups living and working within the PL22 to PL26 postcode who make St Austell and its surrounding areas special. The team, which is based in St Dennis has been nominated in the Community Groups category - which celebrates the contribution to the local community by an organisation.
CSRT which is a registered charity, responds to call outs from the police, fire and ambulance services across the county for missing and injured people, last year being called to 39 incidents. Since being founded in 2003, the team has been called to around 380 incidents, ranging from missing children to major weather events.
