[39] - St Austell, Stand by

Saturday 31st December 2011 at 01:15 hrs

2011 finished in the very early hours of New Years Eve. A 65 year old local woman had been reported missing. The team remained on stand by until search areas had been defined, however the female was located through police enquiries.

[38] - Wadebridge, Search

Friday 30th December 2011 at 15:00 hrs

The team were asked to RV at Wadebridge Police Station for a vulnerable missing person. Once again, the team were stood down en route after there were located by police.

[37] - Portmellon, Search

Friday 30th December 2011 at 12:00 hrs

Call out to search for a missing person. The team was stood down en route after the person was located safe and well.

[36] - Harlyn Bay, nr Padstow, Search

Wednesday 21st December 2011 at 11:30 hrs

Twelve team members responded to Harlyn Bay to assist police and HM Coastguard by searching inland areas for a high risk missing person.

All resources were stood down after the male made his own way to a relatives address.

[35] - Zennor, assist Police

Saturday 17th December 2011 at 11:45 hrs

The team were placed on stand by to search countryside surrounding Zennor in West Cornwall for a despondent male. The male was located some distance away within remote farmland. The ambulance service attended and unfortunately declared the male deceased. Tthe team then assisted police with the evacuation using a team Land Rover.
